Detox Day 1

Juice for the day.
2-2:30pm ish - Carrot Juice
5 medium skinny carrots 
2 green apples
1/2 lemon (cut it half then peeled like an orange, popped it in the juicer)
a piece of ginger

Made about 2 cups.
Taste: Yum! My mom tasted it and thinks it's sour but i like the slight zing of the lemon. I think it goes well with the apples and then there's a bit of carrot. No bad aftertaste.

oops forgot to weigh myself. 3:10 pm in a t-shirt and panties i am 132.2lbs.

Home from work, just had water there.

8pm ish - Beet juice - first time EVER having beet juice.
1 medium beet
5 medium skinny carrots
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
3 celery stalks
1 piece of ginger

I think i added too much ginger and i'm not a fan of celery or cucumber so it kinda taste like.. very earthy. Not quite dirt but.. i wasn't a big fan.

*Recipes are found online, i just adjusted it to what i used. Averaged to about 2 cups of juice.
