LOOKIE WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL!!! <3 Tried it on for size then put it back in the box for D to fake propose to me later tonight :) It's just a promise ring but i'm loving it. I might just get a blingy wedding band since I'm on the fence about having two ring and eventually I kinda just want one band to wear. <3 <3 !!!

Detox Day 2

Good Morning Grapefruit

There's something I've heard about called like the grapefruit diet or something. Apparently grapefruit's a great fruit that burns fat or something like that. I was planning to have this when i got home from class but decided to have it for breakfast!

12:30-1:15ish

Grapefruit Green Juice

1 grapefruit 

1 green apple 

1 head of kale 

4 celery stalks 

1/2 cucumber • 1/2 lemon (recipe called for 1 lime)

OMG KALE IS SO GROSS!! AGUHAHW i had to force drink this! tasted like skunk. It was weird, some gulps it would taste like crap, some times it tasted just like apple.. maybe it got layered. I think i'll stir them from now on but i think i'm gonna have apple and carrot juice tonight.
